You might think they only focused on the flashing numbers to scale their coaching business to the heights they are at now but I can bet you they didn’t. These scaling tips can create space, ease, and flow (foreshadowing there lol) in your business.
Scaling secret #1: Use Checklists
Checklists actually save time and mental energy that you could be using to create a new program or write an email. Checklists also allow you to pass on tasks to other people when you ARE ready to hire.
Scaling secret #2: Under-schedule
This can be hard. Especially if you love what you do or are trying to hustle and grow your business. I know there was a time when I was fully BOOKED + “Busy” which lead to being fully burnt out.
Schedule your down-time and take it!
Scaling secret #3: Identify bottlenecks
A bottleneck is a contraint on flow. Take a look at a soda bottle. The neck manages flow. However, in business, we want to minimize bottlenecks. By identifying the bottlenecks in your business, you know where to focus your energy on improving the flow.
