Things your ego says… that keep you broke

Let me ask you a question…

When you started your business what was your goal?

Did you want to help people and make some money doing it?

Saw a problem and figured you could create (& sell) a solution?

Chances are yes to either or both.

You got into business wanting to solve a problem but at some point instead of focusing on the problem the focus switched to you…

And you begin asking questions like:

“Am I good enough?”

“Do I know enough?”

“Am I charging too much?”

“Is this really worth that?”

Which turns to…

“No one is gonna pay that!” and on… down this spiral.

That voice?  Isn’t you…exactly

It’s your ego… and your ego is shallow and slightly fearful (by nature that’s the normal function)

It sometimes tries to hijack the situation and jumps into the drivers’ seat when it should be in the back seat… or even the trunk lol

But when you can take that focus off of you, send your ego back to the back seat.

You can get back to doing what you’re meant to do…

Serve

Make their life better (& your own).

It gets easier to show up and serve when you take the focus off of you and put it on the mission.

If you want to learn how to courageously let your higher self lead you & serve your people better check out the book Daring Greatly by Brene Brown.

It’ll help you see how the courage to shift your perspective can make you a better person & by extension a better (more profitable) entrepreneur!
